Definitions In these terms: “AInonymizer” means the software application, including related components, updates, documentation and features. “Website” means https://ainonymizer.eu and any related pages or subdomains. “Provider”, “we”, “us” or “our” means Ainonymizer. “User”, “you” or “your” means any person, company, organisation or other entity accessing the website, purchasing a licence, downloading, installing or using AInonymizer. “Licence” means the limited right to use AInonymizer according to the plan, version or subscription purchased or activated. “Merchant of record” means the third-party entity responsible for processing the sale transaction, including payment, taxes, invoicing, refunds and chargebacks where applicable.

Description of the product AInonymizer is a software application designed to help users detect, replace, anonymise or pseudonymise potentially sensitive information contained in texts and files before using such content with external tools, including artificial intelligence services. AInonymizer may help identify items such as names, dates, addresses, contact details, personal data or other potentially sensitive elements, depending on the features available in the version used. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AInonymizer is designed to work locally on the user’s device. The provider does not access, read, store or transmit the files processed locally by the user, unless the user voluntarily sends such files to us, for example in connection with a support request.

- complying with applicable laws, contracts, confidentiality obligations, professional secrecy rules and data protection requirements. AInonymizer does not guarantee that every item of personal data, confidential information, trade secret or sensitive information will be detected or removed.
